Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer refunds and exchanges on eligible cannabis products and accessories within 15 days of purchase. Please note that all returns and exchanges must be made at the original place of purchase, and all sale items are final.
When can a product be returned?
• A product that has been recalled by Health Canada or the Licensed Producer.
• Not an item on sale.
• An unopened & unused product. The excise stamp must be intact.
• Moldy.
• An incorrect product given in error.
• Defective vape carts (not firing, leaking, cracked glass)
How long do I have to return a product?
• Accessories: 15 days
• All Cannabis Products: 15 days
What do I need for a return?
•Receipt: Original proof of purchase.
•Packaging: Original product packaging and, if applicable, the defective item.
•Payment: Original form of payment used at purchase.
What if I’m not satisfied with my experience with a product?
•We strive for quality, but we can only process returns or exchanges if there is a quality issue or defect.
